使用方法

以下三种用法只可选其一,均随餐服用。日常保健:成人及2至17岁儿童每日1粒。心血管与神经系统健康:成人每日1粒。脑部、眼睛与皮肤健康:成人每日5粒。不能吞咽的儿童可刺破胶囊,把内容物挤入牛奶、果汁或麦片中立即食用,不可整粒吞服。不建议2岁以下儿童使用,儿童须在成人监督下服用。
